Social media news pages, groups and personal accounts shared a video showing men wearing military uniform detaining men inside a room and throwing smoke grenade toward them.

The video’s publishers said it is for the Iraqi police while torturing Iraqi protestors in Basra city.

Verify-Sy searched for the source of this video and it turns out it was posted on YouTube since 2016 under the description “Special forces in Kuwait” without any additional details.

Worth to mention that Basra city in Iraq has been witnessing protests lately against corruption and unemployment which police faced with teargas.
