Claim

pro-regime social media pages shared photos of fighters running from an explosion near them and said these are Nusra Front fighters running after they were targeted by regime forces during latest battle in Hama countryside launched by opposition groups.

Verify-Sy would like to remind audience that this photo is old and from Syria, During search it appears that the photojournalist Goran Tomasevic took it for Reuters agency on 6 March 2011 in Libya.

the agency said in the description it is for Libyan rebels running away from intense shelling by Qaddafi forces near Bin Jawad city east Sert.
