After the Rohingya issue recently erupted in south east Asia which caused civilians to displaced after their house being burned, some Arabic sites and social media accounts shared dozens of fake photos as from Burma which are not.

Rakhin state in Burma near borders with Bangladesh became the eye of sectarian tension between Buddhists and Muslims since 2012.

On 25 August, Violence erupted again when Rohingya rebels attacked about 30 police stations calling for protection of Muslim minority which caused an operation by Burmian army in the poor area forcing tens thousands of civilians to flee.

According to AFP hundreds of Rohingya were killed and more than 6000 houses were burned and mass displacement of Rohingya who are not considered as citizens to Bangladesh.

UN secretary General Antonio Gutierrez considered giving Muslims in Rakhin a legal statue will help to solve the issue saying “giving the Muslims in Rakhin area the citizenship or at least a legal statue is a critical need to give them ordinary life including freedom of movement, labor, education and health services.
