ISIS didn't announce solidarity with Qatar

Saudi media published statement said it's by so-called "Islamic State" under the title "statement of solidarity with our Muslim brothers in Qatar" said that "Islamic state of Iraq and Sham" announce solidarity with Qatar in its issue with "apostate countries".

Verify-Sy searched for sources who publish ISID statements but didn't find this statement. 

Worth to mention that this statement contain the old name of ISIS which was "Islamic State in Iraq and Sham" the name ISIS abandoned when Abu Baker al-Baghdadi announced its so-called caliphate in middle 2014 and used "Islamic state".
