What is the origin of the video showing the kid going to school in the mud?

Social media news pages and personal accounts shared a video of a kid trying to walk in mud with a bag on his back, the pages and accounts said the video is of a Syrian kid trying to go to his school through the road full of mud.

Following a reverse-search conducted by Verify-Sy it turns out this video was posted on YouTube in a Vietnamese channel on November 15, 2018. The video was also shared by a Vietnamese website but without info on the date or the place of the video.

Some Tunisian bloggers and accounts shared the same video as for a kid in al-Qasryn province in Tunisia but other Tunisian activists denied it was from Tunisia and said it is from Vietnam.
