Did SDF used dancers to entertain American soldiers?

Pro-Assad regime shared news saying "SDF entertaining American soldiers in Syria with dancers" with a photo which was widely shared on social media of men and women wearing folkloric costumes in a house with men wearing military uniform.
The pages and websites said the photo showing "SDF welcoming American delegation and entertaining them with a group of dancers"
Following a reverse-search by Verify-Sy it turns out this photo was taken out of context from a report by Kurdistan 24 channel aired on 26\6\2018 of covering the American official Josef Vogel to KRG capital Irbil.
Verify-Sy also attach the report of the photo which shows a Kurdish folkloric dance by a folklore band in Irbil during Votel's visit.
